Your safety and the safety of the Aransas County employees is one of our major concerns. The constitutional and statutory duties of the District Clerks Office bring us into close contact with individuals who must do business with the courts and that do not practice safe social distancing or other Covid 19 recommended safety measures. At this time, we have suspended passport acceptance agent services so as not to bring people into the courthouse that do not have to be here for county business or court, and look forward to re-activating these services at a future date. Thank you for understanding and please stay safe...
