Our Role:
Human Resources (HR) serves as a partner to departments with the organization to provide advice, support, and recommendations to effectively utilize and manage the County's most valuable asset - its people! HR's strategic role is to provide department heads and elected officials a means to attract and retain quality employees. This includes utilizing a competitive compensation and benefits package and a recommending short-term and long-term human resource management.
